On Wednesday 18th May our first three nurses arrived in Scotland to take up posts in the Scottish NHS. They will live and work in Scotland and have a 3 year working visa which they can then extend if they want to. These were our first candidates and the process took around 9 month from start to finish - for our next group we expect the process to take 5-6 months.
